Return Policy

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a full refund or exchange on shophavly.com. Items must be post-marked within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions apply: Unused and unwashed items, sent in original packaging with tags when applicable. We reserve the final approval on all returns and exchanges. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse in New Jersey.

The following cannot be returned:
Merchandise sold at 50% off or higher are final sale and cannot be returned
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
Please note: We do not return donations to our Havly Cares program.

Please allow 14 business days for your return to process. We will send an email once the item(s) have been received and the refund has been initiated. From this date, the full refund amount will appear back in the original account within 7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
