Free Ground Shipping for all domestic orders of $200 USD or more.

Orders under $200 USD have a Flat Rate of $10 USD for Ground Shipping

2 Day Shipping: $40 USD

Next Day Shipping: $50 USD 

Havly does not offer International Shipping at this time.

Ground Shipping will arrive 5-7 days from the date of the order
Orders received before to 12:00 pm EST will be processed and shipping the same day the order is placed
Orders received after 12:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day and require one extra day to be added to the delivery estimate.

Unfortunately once we fulfill your order and pass the package to the delivery carrier (usually FedEx, UPS, or USPS) and the delivery carrier has generated a tracking code we are no longer able to recover the package or file a claim on behalf of the customer. 

If a carrier's tracking shows that your package has been delivered  - sometimes this will be accompanied by a photograph or additional proof of delivery but not always - you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

If a carrier's tracking shows that your package is still in transit you must also follow up with the carrier directly.
